The rental is valid ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES TERRITORY. Equipment must NOT leave the United States, otherwise is CONSIDERED THEFT.
NO WARRANTY, INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY - No medical insurance is provided of any kind.
WE CLOSE AT 5:30 P.M., - No returns after 5:30 P.M. Late fee will be applied after 5:30 P.M.
CLEANING POLICY: Equipment must return in the same condition. Cleaning fee will be applied if returned dirty.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE GAS FOR ANY EQUIPMENT - You are responsible for your own gas.
NONE OF THE EQUIPMENTS ARE STREET LEGAL - They all have OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) license plate.
Failure to return within 72-hours of return date and time will constitute theft of the vehicle/s and trailer. Maximum penalties include but are not limited to MSRP value of rented vehicle/s and trailer and all legal and court fees to recover the vehicle/s in accordance with AZ code 13-806.

Does Arizona UTV/ATV and Jetski Rentals deliver?

No. You need to transport the equipment yourself. We are not in the desert nor in the lake. We provide the trailer for the UTVs and ATVs if you need. Jet ski comes on the trailer, double or single.

Is it a 24Hrs rental?

No. Our business hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm 7 days a week.

Does AZ UTV/ATV & Jet Ski deliver?

Generally, No. You will need to transport the equipment yourself. We are not in the desert nor in the lake. We provide the trailer for the UTVs and ATVs if you need. Jet ski comes on the trailer, double or single. However, we can deliver to local areas for an additional fee, reservation is required and prepayment of equipment rental with signed contract prior to delivery is required.
